Adrian Monk

My daughter's favorite , the most favorite, program is Monk. When she was small kid, we used to watch Curious George or Clifford (I still watch those cartoons, I like George more though) :) . Now she is (kinda) big girl, she likes to watch (non-cartoon) tv-series. And Monk is the best, that what she thinks. I find it good too, but ones you know the solved-mystery then its not that fun.

 

Anyways, from season 3 onwards it became better. Natalie is good. and her relation with Mr. Monk is good too. She respects her boss, admires his intelligence, cope up with his strange(little crazy) world and yet maintains her normal self. we like to watch Randy and Captain too. Randy makes you laugh and sometimes makes you wonder if police can be really so foolish. And offcourse Dr. Kroger , my daughter calls him आ जो बा (grandpa), what a genuine doctor for Mr. Monk. And so is Dr. Bell, he fits the profile perfectly. and another important character is Julie. I remember she was a small kid in her first episode and with years (and with Monk seasons) ,she has become a beautiful college girl.

 

We like all the episodes(except season I and II). it will be difficult for me to select one particular. but my husband's favorite episode is "Mr. Monk and the kid". My daughter's favorite is "Mr. Monk goes to Dentist".

 

They made 8 seasons but I wish they would have made 10. well, that's a round number like ten ice cubes or ten pizza slices. that's what Mr. Monk would have done. :)
